Hallo!
Folgende Fehlermeldung bekommen wir derzeit leider bei 2 Anwendern:

3001: , 430, Klasse unterstützt keine Automatisierung oder unterstützt die erwartete Schnittstelle nicht

Es scheint irgendwie Probleme zu geben die Daten aus dem Active Directory zu lesen, doch merkwürdiger Weise nur bei 2 Anwendern.
Bei allen anderen (derzeit über 60) gibt es keine Fehlermeldung.

Woran kann das liegen?

Hallo Florian,

Welche Fehlermeldung steht denn in der LOG-Datei im Status Monitor vom Cockpit?

ich vermute das auf den PCs noch Microsoft MDAC 2.5 oder höher installiert werden muß, damit der Zugriff klappt.

Vielen Dank, hat geklappt. Allerdings hatten wir auf den beiden Clients schon MDAC 2.5 installiert gehabt, dennoch war dies anscheinend nicht ausreichend. Jetzt, mit der Version 2.7, funktioniert alles bestens!
