Hello,
I want to use the AD-field 'P.O. Box', but it doesn't appear in the field list. How can I add it to the list?
Regards,
Michiel |

Hi,
The PO box field comes under 'Zip/Postal code' and should appear right at the bottom of the list.
Is it there?
Please let me know if not and we will investigate further. |

Hi Dave,
No, it doesn't. After ZIP/Postal_Code comes Country/Region and then the XtensionAttrib fields.

Michael,
Is Zip/Postal_Code not the field you are looking for? There is a specific attribute in AD for PO Box, this is not automaticly pulled through to the cockpit from the AD, as it can easily be added into the generic 'address' field. If you feel that it would benefit from pulling the PO Box field across, please could you add this to the 'feature request' section of this site.
Thanks |

Hi Dave,
I definitely want the P.O. Box seperately from the Street address. I will add the request. Thanks! |

I don't see that version 5.5 has been released yet. To get around P.O. Box not being available yet, I added it as a second line in the street address of AD; however, when I pull the Address field into the signature those two lines come in as a single line running together. So,
Line 1
Line 2
comes into the signature as 'Line 1Line 2'
I was able to get around this in the HTML signature by wrapping the fields with the <PRE> html tag for Preformatted Text; however, I could not achieve the same result with the Rich Text format.
Is there a way to correct the Rich Text signature so that separate lines within the Street Address section of AD come in as separate lines within the signature?
Thanks,

You can get v.5.5.0 here.
Install and copy Sign.exe from your installation folder to the net share where your users execute it (typical NETLOGON).
In version 5.5.0, you can pull information from Active Directory P.O. Box.
In your Cockpit the field is named POST_BOX.
Guess this fixes your issue? _________________ </Jesper> | Manage Email Signatures from your Desktop | Test Email Signature in All In-boxes | Email Signature Showcase
