We would like to add the LinkedIn logo to people's signatures when they have a LinkedIn account, so I would like to embed the LinkedIn logo, but only if an AD field has the LinkedIn address in - is this possible?

Hello Toby,

when you design a signature you can choose "Insert Conditional Text" from the menu. Then following text will appear:

{$$NULL(Mobile_number)$$VALUE(Mobile: ((Mobile_number)))$$}

Here you can point to the field from AD where you hold the LinkedIn Information.. Only if this field is filled, the information will be written to your signature.
