Hi,
I've come across a problem with my own Email Signature.
I've got two groups setup 'Sales' and 'Technical'
Sales has a global individual signature, and a mobile signature.
Technical has global individual signature, mobile signature and support signature.
As I am a member of both groups I seem to now have lost the support signature. I've tried manually giving myself the support one, but everytime I run the batch file update, it removed it again!
I'm guessing as it reads I'm part of Sales after Technical, it just gives me the Sales signatures. Any way around this? As I don't want to give sales the support signature just because I'm having a problem! _________________ ?? can I not link this to my Office Addon product ?? |

Please note that you can use a priority group to select the group that has priority of other groups if a user is a member of several groups.
If you do not have a priority group, it will select the signatures for one of the groups randomly.
Another option is to use OU based deployment, which is new in version 7.3.
Thanks,
Bjarne |
