The build-in Cockit feature is reported not to fix random Red X issues on the client side.
However, this instruction fixes the issues:
- Locate the Outlook Temporary Items folder by opening the Registry and locating
| Code: | | HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder |
Navigate to the value of this Key. It should be something like: %USERPROFILE%\LocalSettings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK3D\ where OLK3D is some randomly generated string that always starts with OLK
Quit Outlook
Delete the contents of the folder _________________ </Jesper> | Manage Email Signatures from your Desktop | Test Email Signature in All In-boxes | Email Signature Showcase

| This has been implemented in version 5.5. Red X removal will be set from withing the status monitor user options. |
