Since my last post, we have released eMailSignature 7.

Could you try and install version 7 on one of the Vista PCs.

Then click Test in Outlook (the Outlook 2010 icon). This will show us if your symptom is fixed in the latest version.

Check Status Monitor for errors - then open Outlook ...

Symptom fixed in eMailSignature 7?

Hi Jesper,

Do I have to follow the instructions from the link below to test to see if the Email signature 7 will fix the VISTA Issue below.

Is it possible to just manually run version 7 of sign.exe on the VISTA laptop, or do I have to go through the whole upgrade proces. E.G: -

Copy Sign.exe to NETLOGON
Install the Version 7 of the Superuser Cockpit
Upgrading SQL 2005 settings database
Upgrading default Access settings database

If you install eMailSignature 7 on one of your Vista PCs, it will use the default database and you will not have to upgrade.

Then we know if your symptom is solved in the latest version.

Don't copy anything, just run locally on the Vista PC.
