|
|
Hi,
we are currently testing a signature for a customer.
Now they have a signature deployed.
All good, but 2 employees get the following code in their signature:
<hr size=2 width="100%" align=center>
It only happens with 2 signatures, the other sigs are good.
What could be the problem? |

This is because of the HTML code you have used in your signatures, please add a <BR> tag to the bottom of the code view and it will stop this.
Thanks |

OK, but why does it work with all the users, except 2? |

It happens only sometimes due to the HTML editing ability of Outlook, especially if using Word as the HTML Editor. The extra functionality of Word as the editor means that it slightly changes the HTML code. I would suggesd adding the <BR> tag to the end of all signatures to ensure this will not happen.
Thanks |
