I am setting up a new PC for a user. When I logged the PC in today, after logging in, I get a eMailSignature dialog window up, with the red cross icon and an OK button, but nothing else!
I can't see the user in the Status Monitor. Version is 4.7
I have retried the script and the error recurs.
Even with the debug setting made, I get no different result, nor do I get any debug information.
All other users appear to be being applied correctly. |

Neil,
Have you run sign.exe with the connection string parameter at all? Do you have any entries in registry? _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

Yes, it runs in everyone's login script

Please run it in local debug mode and see what comes up.
Try to reinstall MDAC. _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase

| I have just noticed that the PC is behind on it's Windows Updates, so I am sorting that out now - perhaps it is linked to that somewhere. |

Sometimes this can happen when the PC is currently being updated by WIndows update.
Please let me know how it goes. _________________ </Bjarne> | Test Email Signature | Showcase
