Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

HI,

I have some problem. We realize emailsignature take some user did don't use Outlook (like my sevice users or my testing user). How I can tell the application to do not add thoses users to the DB.

Does this TIP from Poul work for you?

If not, there are several ways to filter user execution of Sign.exe, e.g. GPO, bat-file, etc.

We need to delete those user in the DB first. how we can do that.

Hi,

Access your status monitor by clicking "Alt + M" then right clicking on the user and select 'remove this user from eMailSignature' .

This work whit the version 4.9.0
Because I can't see the delete fro DB. or we are not admin.

Yes please use that tool. It will work for you allright.

You also need to upgrade to the latest version if you have maintenance paid. his will ease a lot of your administrative tasks.
