Hi All
What is the best way to deploy new updated signatures
I want to remove the old signature from users Outlook
My cockpit at present has about 10 signatures some were old test ones etc.
I have applied all signatures to our RADIUS groups made the new signature available, group settings active and ticked 'This is a priority group'
However users still have old signature available and are unable to delete any!
My question therefore:
How do you permanantly remove the old signature from Outlook (Deleting from Cockpit does not appear to work)
Is it better to deploy signatures 'for all' rather than groups and make this setting the priority?
Lastly do I need to delete all other signatures from the cockpit before creating new ones
Sorry for all the questions but when we create a new updated signature I want to be able to make it available to all users and remove the old one from their Outlook list.

Cockpit -> General Outlook Settings, Tick 'Delete all existing signatures ...'
This setting will also delete user created signatures!
Using this setting, you force users to only use signatures from your Cockpit.

If your groups have the same default and reply/forward signatures, then using 'For all' is more simple to administer.
If you decide not to use group deployment, then tick 'When this option is checked, these signature settings will always overrule any group settings'.

No, deleting email signatures in your Cockpit is not required - only if you need a more simple overview and the signatures are not used in any of your settings. Enter Actions menu and check that the signatures are not used in default, reply/forward and available settings.
