I have searched the forum for how to import the MS Access settings.mdb into sql with no avail. Can it be done? Please advise. _________________ RobD |

We do not recommend to import from Access to SQL, as we cannot support the errors you might receive.
Instead follow this simple process which normally takes less than an hour:
- Create SQL settings DB.
- Connect Cockpit to the new SQL settings DB.
- Enter license key.
- Update logon script. Example using script above:
| Code: | | start \\emailsignature2\NETLOGON\sign.exe Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=EMAILSIGNATURE2;Initial Catalog=eMailSignatures;User Id=Standard_User;Password=changemealso; |
Copy email templates from code view (old settings DB) to code view.
Enter settings in Actions menu.
Test.
If you install Cockpit on another PC, you can test SQL settings DB without changing existing installation. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
