Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi

Just wondering if any one has managed to deploy the signature to external users only. Is there an easy way to implement this without the user having to select the signature they want to use each time depending on whether it is internal or external they are sending to.
We currently have an exchange 2003 backend and mimesweeper is deploying our disclaimer

As Outlook (by design) inserts signatures before entering email address, you cannot deploy to external users only.

Is internal corporate branding a problem Wink

It was requested by our marketing department who only wish to deploy a corporate signature to external clients but want to allow internal users to choose their own.

You have this option in Actions -> General Outlook Settings, Do not change default signatures ...

Then user preferences are kept, but they can still pick the corporate signatures deployed from the Cockpit DB.

Maybe this works better for you? (First time I hear this argument from marketing ... Smile
