Hi
Please can you explain what the timeout expired message is and the status code of -2147217871
Is there any way of increasing the timeout message as I am getting about 10-30 people per day getting this

Hi, below is a log file for one of our users, due to confidentiality I have placed ****** on our domain name and password.
The status code in the cockpit is -2147217871

This is strange as version 5 is not yet released ...

My experience is that your users are not effected by this error. Not being able to connect to your DB is 'only' preventing email signatures from being updated. Users can still use their email signatures if they are not changed.
Anyway, Bjarne knows your network infrastructure and will handle support off the forum. |
