Actions -> General Outlook Settings -> Compose Font ...

Font settings in Cockpit does not work on Outlook 2007 clients.

As we have only one report, we need to investigate further.

Not a general issue. Must be related to one settings DB.

Another reported issue here by mlouie.

Still cannot recreate using Outlook 2007. But logging font size setting would definitely help solving issues.

Customer is not able to deploy fonts to either Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 clients, and I have verified this on my own system as well.. This occurs with both stationary and fonts. Cause found ... Razz

Outlook 2007
When Word as Editor is selected, font settings are not deployed.
You cannot remove Word as editor by MS design. So being able to change this setting makes no sense.

Outlook 2000, XP or 2003
When Word as Editor is selected, font settings are deployed OK.

RESOLUTION
We will change the description in the Cockpit (Font settings) making it clear that only "old" Outlook versions must select Word as editor.

You need to uncheck "Allow word as editor". Better text in the form as been updated.
