When a PC is set to Japanese for non-Unicode applications, then the font settings generated by sign.exe are wrong. The result is 0pt size which results in errors when accepting meetings requests, opening meeting requests etc.

Fixed in release 4.8.9

Chinese (simplified) is also covered.
