Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hello,

I just deployed eMailSignature to several clients in our office. Two of them just came to me a minor issue regarding font sizes. When they click new message and the signature appears, a couple of the lines (Name & Email in this case) are changing their size to size 12 font. Should be size 10 font. I cannot figure out why this is happening. They have to manually change it back prior to sending emails. This is not happending to all clients.

Any suggestions?

Yes, using MS Word as editor. Is that why its happening?

Yes that might be the case. Have you set the font size in the Cockpit for all users to Arial size 10?

Just a thought.. have you tried to set the font size to 9 instead of 10 and then enable WaE? It might be intertreted as 10..

Of course, this just happened to me directly!

I checked and my Outlook is not setup to use Word, nor is the allow Word editing checked in the Cockpit.

I am unsure what you mean by WaE??

Also, it is only happening to ((Last Name)) and ((Email)) and on replies only.

Any other ideas?

Below is the code from code view. I am not that good with HTML so it is hard for me to find any problem but I do notice a few things. There should be no Verdana in the signature, but I see it on the first line. I have uploaded an image of what the signature should look like here:

Thanks for your help, but it still didn't work. I went ahead and re-wrote the code and now it works. Even as an html novice, I knew that was way too much code for something that simple. Here is the new code:

Great. Word creates an awful lot of useless code so it is great that you could create the sig in another way.

A tip is also to concat this line



into
