Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hello,

I've set up a our new corporate signature and we're having an issue with spacing in the address area. We have to add some conditional formating as shown below. However by doing this it leaves an unnecessary space after the address1, address2, address3 fields, before the comma.

Can you please advise how to correct this.

Hello,

perhaps you have a blank space after the Address2, as this field is coming from somewhere else but AD...
