Problemet du observerede er at kampagne ikke blev tilføjer skabelonen standard_htm for bruger mdh.

Når jeg ser debug koden igennem, ser jeg nedenstående som indikerer at der ikke er noget problem. Dermed ikke sagt der ikke er noget problem, men det er bare uforklarligt. Derfor er løsning også i 1- omgang at genstarte hans PC (se løsning nedenfor).
