getting error cannot send this item when forwarding email

We are using emailsignature and our forward signature contains a .jpg file. Only on some email messages, when forwarding them using outlook 2007 (does NOT happen when using 2003), we get and error stating cannot send this item. If you remove the .jpg from the forwarding signature the email will then send find. I have scoured the internet and can not find Microsoft addressing this issue, so I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight as to why this happens and why on only certain forwarded emails? Generally we do not recommend using inline images in reply/forward email signatures due to this Outlook bug.

But in your case, you don't mention anything about Red X?

So please post a user log from Status Monitor so I can advise what to do.
