Question Must be analyzed further. According to this post, there seem to be a connection between signatures For All and group settings working. No other reports though.

Next step
  1. Clean eMalSignature install
  2. Deploy to groups before setting For All.
  3. Able to recreate symptom?

This is not according to description in documentation and Best Practice deployment Guide.

Will not be changed.
