Today the Help menu links to web pages opens the web page in a seperate window.

This change was made as German users cannot use the default link.
However, there are issues using a seperate window. Some users have error, and you cannot see the URL.

I think we should consider a change that benefit most customers, i.e. opening the URL in the default browser - and not in a seperate window.

All links to web will be opened in a real browser in the next release.
