I like the Phone Book tool as a simple, easy to use tool to give to a secretary to maintain the user info. But I would like to make some modifications.

How customizable is the Phone Book tool? I would like to change the structure of the tool to remove some of fields and add some fields.

I'd like to use some of the Custom Attributes in AD for data to go into the signature. For example, not all of our users want to display their DID or their Mobile numbers. Yet that info needs to be in AD. So my idea is to use some of the Custom Attributes as toggles, on whether to show DID or Mobile number, or other info based on the value of particular toggles.

I am afraid that you will not be able to customize the tool.
At least not for the time being.

However, we will consider your suggestion in a future release.
