How do I stop the font size changing in replies and forwards

I know how to set the font to Arial 10 when composing mails (Actions> Control Signature Settings & Fonts > Use this font when composing e-mails). BUT even if I check the Make hte REply Font the Same ans the SEnd font I find that random replies switch to Arial 8. How do I make sure that all sent, forwarded and replies are all in Arial 10 an NEVER EVER switch to another font? Thanks

I belive this is caused by the HTML code in the email you reply to.

But please forward examples to jf(at)officeaddon.com.
