Step-by-Step guide to collect email signatures

SYMPTOM
    You want to document which email signatures are used during email communications.

RESOLUTION
  1. Open your Cockpit and select Only collect signatures:

  2. Run Sign.exe to collect your own signatures:

  3. Click Collected Signatures:


  4. When all users have logged on, you should remove collect to reduce the load on your database:
