This article will give a few good advices regarding images in emails and how to use eMailSignature to automatically handle images as embedded images or links to a server.

How to link to images

Click Insert linked Image and enter URL to your image residing on your web server:

If you don't know what the location is for your picture on the Internet, please locate your web page, right-click the picture and copy the 'Properties' text which is the full address of the picture.

Any reference to a picture residing on your own network, Intranet or similar location is only visible from within your network and not outside.

Link to image with correct dimension (HEIGHT and WIDTH)

How to embed images

Click Manage embedded and Add New Image.

All users will need to have access to these images.
Click Insert embedded:

Once you run sign.exe your images will automatically be put into Outlook for embedment.
