|
|
Hi there,
When installing the database on our SQLserver and creating the signatures Jesper instructed me to create a plain text message for replies on other plain text mails.
This short message contains only 2 Active Directory Fields (First Name/Last Name) and the sentence:
Best regards,
In the cockpit I've deleted the whole message several times, but every new day the initial message comes back.
I also tried to delete the text and insert only a few spaces and 1 Active Directory field which is always empty (Pager). But this also gets removed on a new business day by the old message.
How to resolve this?
Thanks,
Arjan. |

Hi Arjan,
In Cockpit design view you select Text Format (above the signature design windows).
When you click save, your settings are saved to settings DB and deployed to users when they run Sign.exe.
Please post user log file if you require specific assistance.
Preview Text format before deploying. _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |

Hi Jesper,
It seems it's working now. I will check this the coming few days to see if it comes back again. For now, the issue has been solved.
Thanks!
Arjan. |
