Taking Outlook email signatures a step further!
Use Email Signatures in Outlook to Streamline Repetitive Responses
If you are in customer service or IT Support, you answer many questions day in and day out via email.
Often, questions come in from several sources that require the same answer.
Replying to many emails that need the same exact answer can be monotonous and time consuming.
Symptom
You (and your colleagues) are getting tired of copying, pasting, and forwarding previous email responses, not to mention typing fresh answers.
Resolution
Copy/Create email signatures and deploy to OUs/groups and select as 'available'.
Not only do you have your standard Corporate email signature that automatically appears at the bottom of all emails, you now have 25+ Customer Service or IT Support email signatures in your Insert, Signature, Drop Down Menu in Outlook.
These email signatures addresses ALL of the repetitious responses that your Customer Service/Support Team needs to give on a daily basis.
When you get the email asking the question, all you have to do is reply to the email and select the email signature corresponding to the question.
