This is confirmed in my Cockpit - only in my code view “&_#8226;” is changed to a bullet "•";

I have redesigned the HTML code and the sign---Rouse China can be deployed in Outlook with Chinese (PRC) as the default language for Non-Unicode programs by adding “&_#8226;” to the HTML code in the code view then saving it and never change to the design view or preview. If you change to the design view and then back to the code view, you will find the “&_#8226” display as “?” and the sign can’t be deployed. I think this is a bug about the language setting in cockpit.

This cannot be fixed. Please only use the design view when doing Chinese or other languages.
