Symptom
OK when Cyrillic characters are used manually in Outlook 2007, but Sign.exe removes Cyrillic characters (also when using ASCII codes). And the hole email signature show up blank.

Cyrillic and Arabic letters are not supported. It we experience greater interest from non-western contries, we will expand the character set support.
