Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

I have created a signature that I want to deploy .
However, when I tested it with the first user the fonts are bold where ever the user types.
This does not happen on my signature.

Do you deploy using eMailSignature - or manually?

You have most likely got some HTML in at the wrong place.

Phil,
This is due to the write protection we found in your settings database yesterday. We made changes to your signature, but your users not having write access to the settings database means that their signatures are not updates, so they are using the old signature with incorrect font settings.

Is this resolved now?
