that's fine the user is considering it but they asked me another question whish is they are not able to change the fonts to the coperate fonts
(Trebuchet and size 10)??

Remember to set the Outlook default font i Cockpit.

Using this code, your default signature font is Trebuchet MS and size 10. If this font is not present on the receiving PC, Arial is shown ...

Did the user run Sign.exe? You can check the status monitor ...

Normally you will execute Sign.exe during logon.
