Hi there,
Apologies if this question has been answered in previous posts - my first post here.

We are having problems with our logo being displayed on reply emails when we send it from Outlook 2007, and it is returned on a reply email from Outlook 2003. It looks fine if the reader of the original email is using 2007, and reply's in 2007.

The logo comes back distorted.

Not sure if anyone has come across this before, or knows a fix for this??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook 2007 uses Word to render HTML (not Explorer as in 2003).
Therefore you must add hight and width tags to your image HTML.

Read on if this is not the problem you face ... Wink

Images in reply signatures can cause problems due to Outlook bug.

Summary
Use special reply/forward signature without image.
Don't allow Word as Editor (OL 2003).
Use linked image (not inline image).
