Hi..
I would like to know if it is possible to deny users to change the email font ?
We have set a font through 'Actions' - 'Control Signature Settings & fonts' and set the size. As a result by default all users use this font and size.
However, they have the ability to change it ? Can this be disabled as we do not want the font changed, due to company policies ?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Phil. |

By Outlook design, users have full rights to the application and you cannot prevent them from changing the font.
But users will have to change font everyday, as your settings overrule their own settings every time they run Sign.exe during logon.
This will work most places ... _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |
