Manage Email Signatures centrally from your Desktop - For All Users

I'm looking for the correct version of OA.signowa.dll (and signowa.exe) to work with eMailSignature v5.5.0. The current versions are respectively 3.1.2.1 and 2.1.2.1.
I cant't find the 2 together (broken link?) and they were not distributed with the main emailsignature.exe application.

Are the OWA files only sent by email after requesting them here? Or can I find them somewhere else?
The are not present in the downloadable eMailSignature.msi.

Yes, the OWA files are forwarded to clients that have activated their OWA Module in the license key.
