error message:

Status: 4000: Number of users exceeded (recorded: 31, license:30)., 0, Number of users exceeded (recorded: 31, license:30).

by mistake one of the unwanted user picked up a license which i removed the database. but still there are so many user failing even though license has not been exceeded.

Please remove the user from the Cockpit in Status Monitor.

done that from the database and the user is not in the staus monitor
