| If, for some reason, a license user limit is exceeded, will that cause a user to sometimes get a signature file for their emails and sometimes not. It appears to happen randomly that the signature file is losing it's graphic logo image. We are using an image stored on a network drive that everyone has access to. |

If the license limit is exceeded, no signatures are deployed until users are deleted manually in Diagnostics - or using Release License Tool found in download section.
If you use embedded images, these can cause Red X issues randomly - especially if you allow Word as editor to be used.
