I have purchase a 100 user license. On my Cockpit it shows i have only used 2 licenses out of 100...I know for a fact that i have at least 15 installations of the sigatures. I have made sure that everyone has write access to the netlogon folder and its contents...What could be causing the incorrect number?

I'm not sure it is wise to give access to the NETLOGON folder for writing. Please put the settings.mdb in another location, but keep sign.exe there. It will not work if there is no write access to the database.

I have indicated that the database has write access. My licenses are not correct. What is my next step?

Please move your settings.mdb away from NETLOGON and put it on a share with Read/Write access.

I recommend using version 5, where the setup wizard will guide you through the steps in only 5 min
.

See screenshots here.

Ok, i am now running version 5 and have moved the settings database to a share that has read and write access, but i am still not seeing my licenses increase? I have a 100 user license with 41 people that have the sig deployed via group policy, but the cockpit still only shows 2 licenses being used?

Please debug one user and post here.

Generally
When users run Sign.exe and your settings.mdb is on a share with Read/Write access, then you will see them in your Cockpit status monitor.
