|
|
We have a problem where the same image is used in two signatures: one displays correctly and one comes out too small.
One sig is for new mails and one for replies.
I have read this post but am afraid that it is a bit above me: http://www.emailsignature.eu/phpBB2/image-sizing-issues-t1125.html
Can you suggest a fix, or point me in the direction of a solution please?
The image is the correct size and has size tags assigned.
Do you need any further info? |

You image does not contain HEIGHT and WIDTH tags used in Outlook 2007. Or your user have not executed Sign.exe during logon.
Simply open your Cockpit, select your email signature, double click the image and click OK.
Now ask user to logon again and check time stamp in Diagnostics (to make sure user gets your saved settings).
OK now? (Still issue, please post user log file) _________________ </Jesper> | Test Email Signature | Showcase | |

We are also having this problem. When replying to certain emails or creating new ones, the Linked Image is distorted. Restarting Outlook 2007 solves this issue.
I have updated my templates with the width/height tags and will see if the issues are resolved... |

I followed the advice above and it appears to be fixed.
Open cockpit, double click the image and click okay. The make sure you run sign.exe on each computer.
It worked for me.
Good luck. |
