Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

We have 4 signatures setup which are similar and all display the same logo at the bottom. The logo displays fine in Outlook 2003 for all 4 signatures. I am now running Outlook 2007 and 3 of the 4 signatures squish the logo so it displays smaller than it should. I cannot figure out what would be causing this difference. Since we are migrating people to Outlook 2007, I need to fix this.

Please put a width and height in the img tag. Outlook 2007 doesn't understand anything and needs all served on a silver plate otherwise it doesn't work.
