    Perweb.nsf is most likely corrupt.
    TRICK: Rename or Delete perweb.nsf , and email the same file , from another Lotus Notes user to the bad PC and save it in the same place.

    Also good to delete \Lotus\Notes\Data\ Cache.ndk.

    Location Doc Browser settings - Change Browser setting then change back
