Mailbox name is not correct in SignOWA test

I am testing the SignOWA with my account and I receive the following error: "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

My email address is miller@cottonteam.com and my my mailbox name is miller but I noticed the Mailbox name it is pulling is miller@cottonteam.com. Is this how it is suppose to be or should it just use "miller"?

I am past the 403 error but now I am receiving the The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found

Please check your OWA and Exchange site. It seems that the authentication might be different.

Also Please make sure that your account which you are using for Exchange has the correct privileges.
