This might be strange but need to manage multiple signature easier. I was looking for a toolbar button that will assign a spacific signature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps a vb code that I could acoumplish this.
Thanks much in advance. |

Did you install eMailSignature?
Are you managing multiple signatures?
How to select them in Outlook depends on your Outlook version and if you use Word as editor.

Jesper,
thanks much for your help. I am using outlook 2003. I am very familiar with the how to change sigatures. However, I need to find a way to change them on the fly. The button is my prefered option. I would even consider getting the VB code if there a way to acouplish this.
Thanks again.

What exactly do you mean by 'change them on the fly'?
Using standard Outlook, users only need 2 clicks to change their default signature.
I am not sure I understand the problem ... are you aiming at 1 click buttons ... one button for each alternative signature? |

Jesper,
Again, very much thanks for your help.
Yes, that is exactly what I am looking for. 1 click button that I can create on the toolbar and attach that button (code or function) to the signature change. I am using outlook 2003 and word as the email editor but could change something else if I need to.
Thanks again for any info you can provide.

That's what I was afraid of ...
Such buttons will only work with your signature names.
Using Word as editor in Outlook 2003, your users only need to right click the signature and select another.
We only spend time with features that are requested by many customers.
Maybe you can find what you are looking for in this VBA forum. |

Not sure I understand. While in mail message, I don't have an option to see the signature to right click. What do you mean?
Just to explain a bit better here is what I am looking:
To create buttons and attach them to each individual signatures i.e. corporate, home, funny, friends... etc.
While I am on the email, depending on to whom I am composing, I can click one of the above buttons and attach the signature to the outgoing email. hope this explain a bit better.
Once again, greatly apprecite any info. |

|

Hello -
My question is slightly related to this topic...
I have several signatures set up for one user.
Word editor is on and signature are NOT read only.
Before installing eMS, I could swap signatures by right clicking on the default signature and selecting from list of available signatures on the contextual menu.
Not anymore. My alternative now is to to Tools/Options/Mail format and change the default signature which is a apin.
Can you please help |

During first execution of Sign.exe Word as Editor is always removed - even if you allowed Word in the Outlook settings menu.
When you allow Word as editor, users can manually select Word as editor and their selection is not removed during their next logons. |
