Either users are no longer logged on to your domain - Or users have corrupt MDAC windows component.

Try and ask users to logon on another PC which is OK in your Status Monitor?

Please ZIP your database (\\tsnas03\share\emailSigsV2\settings.mdb) and forward to support (support@brandedmails.com).

Then we'll get back to you.

Settings DB repaired in MS Access and returned.

If your DB gets corrupted frequently, then consider using MS SQL Express or MS SQL Server database.

OK now?

Idea Click Compact and Restore Settings Database and you are able to quickly restore OK database without accessing Access:

Im afraid not, but now the error is different. Actually it looks like everything is OK in status monitor, but when I want to check my logs I can only see ################. In the Last Run column it shows 06/07/2009.

All other accounts seem to run fine. I guess Im the only unlucky one, all software seem to not like me lately Sad

Please try and run Sign.exe locally and see if this updates your Status Monitor:

Cockpit > Setup > Test in Outlook

Do you see anything in your Log File and is date/time updated?

I run sign.exe from software, using "test in Outlook" command and manually both on my machine and in shared folder but still no change and the date still shows 06/07/2009

Please check permissions on the net share holding settings.mdb (\\tsnas03\share\emailSigsV2\settings.mdb):

>>> Read/Write/Update for all users accessing the database.

a quick update, apparently all accounts are being excluded from signature update. Its like sign.exe is not doing anything.

We don't know if the problem is permissions or missing execution of Sign.exe during logon.

Please copy your database to a local folder on your PC.
Then connect to it in your Cockpit and run sign.exe (again within your Cockpit).

This should definitely update your Status Monitor. Then we take it from there ...

While connecting the database locally I've run "check settings database consistency" with following results:
Cheking table campaign - OK
Cheking table categories - OK
Cheking table disclaimer - OK
Cheking table general - OK
Cheking table License - OK
Cheking table livemessage - OK
Cheking table lgdaCampaignGroups - OK
Cheking table lgdaDefault - OK
Cheking table lgdaGroups - OK
Cheking table lgdaNoUsers - OK
Cheking table lgdaUsers - No value given for one or more required parameters.
Cheking table licenseGroups - OK
Cheking table OWA - OK
Cheking table pictures - OK
Cheking table Preview - ERROR: Please check this table for required columns/existence
Cheking table rootcontext - OK
Cheking table settings - OK
Cheking table stationery - OK
Cheking table lgdaCollect - OK
Cheking table lgdaOWA - ERROR: Please check table 'lgdaOWA' for required columns/existence
Cheking table settingsLegal - ERROR: Please check table 'settingsLegal' for required columns/existence
Cheking table users - ERROR: Please check table 'users' for required columns/existence

Are you sure you sent me the corrected file? Confused

I run the sign.exe anyway, but it didn't update the log.

My mistake ... I assumed you upgraded your database to version 7.

Your database is not upgraded to version 7.
All tables must be OK after upgrading as shown in video in link below.

How to upgrade from version 5.

I've updated database and after activating it with ver7 key it gets back to giving me the "Method '~' of object '~' failed" error.

I used raw settings.mdb file that comes in the package and got the same results.

Sign.exe is 7.0.0.4
