|
|
We are having a problem with one user’s signature file not displaying the gif image. I have checked the status monitor and the image being received correctly.
We recently upgraded to office 2007, although we have many other users using 2007 without any issues with the signature files.
Below is the source information form the signature files.
Old working signature.

This user is the only one having the issue. Also recipients of his email get a locking up effect when they open the email. Outlook becomes really slow and locks up for a second or two then you are able to use it again.
Any help your be much appreciated.

Yes, this code will not show user embedded image:
| Code: | <img border=0 width=190
height=107 id="_x0000_i1027" src="file:///\\Torserv\emailsignature\123.gif"> |
The Quick fix is to link to image instead which always works without any issues (we use that ourselves). Assume you have your reasons not to use linked images, so I will have to ask you to post user log from Cockpit Status Monitor?
See this article regarding Linked vs. embedded images in email signatures. |
