Hi all!
A customer of us want's to use MS Word as their mail-editor.
But when they change it, it automatically goes back to the standard editor for Outlook.
They've already updated eSig to v5.
Does anyone knows what this problem might be? |

Hello!
That should work ok, as long as they are running the correct version of sign.exe and the settings database is all OK.
You may find a post on here that gives more info, sorry I can't help more |

Hi Kars,
You can choose the option in the Cockpit "Actions|Outlook settings" and then choose that you allow Word as Editor. If you do that, then Word will not be removed next time you run sign.exe. Otherwise it will be reset to the standard editor.
In Outlook 2007 there is not option to remove Word as editor, as it is an inegrated part of the application.
