Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hi,

We use multiple accounts after acquisitions and stuff and use different signatures for the different accounts.

Is there using this software to assign signature1 to account one and signature2 for account 2 or will we simply deploy the signatures, but will have to manually assign which one is used when!?

Would your account names be the same for all users or would the users themselves have to name the accounts accordingly?

not 100% the same, but can change that if it would help - pop accounts are usually names after the e-mail address...

let's assume account names are same:
- microsoft exchange
- company name
etc.

can I do it this way?
