Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Create new signature leads to this error using SQL 2005 settings DB:

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.

Does only apply to a few installations (I know of 4).

Suggestions:

Reinstall the eMailSignature application and connect to your settings DB.
A record is present in the lgdaUsers table, for which only the 'init' field is filled. The remaining fields are either empty or contain default values.
Remove this entry from the LgdaUsers table.
Change connectionstring from ...
