Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

I have copied a signature and created a new one. Both do not appear in the available signatures list or are available to edit. However they must be somewhere as you cannot create another with the same name.

Yes same problem if i close and re-open. I have also installed a second version on another machine and pointed the settings.mdb to the original location and still i get the same.

Please forward your settings.mdb (rename to .txt) to me, as I cannot recreate the problem.

Received your settings.mdb.

Can copy Business Card Demo and eMailSignature Demo templates and name them both Latchways.
Cannot copy HCL Safety and Lathways with Logo and name them Latchways (or anything else).

I noticed that the description fields for both HCL Safety and Lathways with Logo are from the standard templates.
So you must have renamed the two standard templates.

Simply delete the text in the template description field (on top) and we will make a bug fix in the next release - Remember to SAVE ... Wink

OK now? (Please confirm)

Please expand the field 'custom_str12' in table 'settings' in the settings database to 250.
