Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

We are tying to add a profile to the software for an account we purely for mailshots but for some reason when the script runs it comes up with an error.

Any idea why?

What does the script look for to put the signature in the outlook signature list?

Sign.exe will look for users windows logon names, identify users in your settings DB and then deploy email signatures from your settings DB.
Email signature files are deployed to local Outlook folders which are created when the user creates email signature manually in their Outlook.

Re. you mailshot account, please do the following:

Create a 'dummy' email signature manually in Outlook to force creation of the email signature folders in the Outlook profile.
Then run Sign.exe again.

If still not successful, please post log file for the mailshot account (Help menu -> Diagnostics, right click user).
