Manage Email Signatures Centrally - For All Users

Hello,
From the Cockpit ver 5.0 “Outlook Signature Settings” How do I make the New Signature the default…? I have checked “Delete all existing signature before generating new ones” but the default in Outlook (2003) client shows “NONE” however the new Signature is there but it’s not selected.

Please go to Actions menu .... then you can deploy to All og Groups (if using Active Directory data source).

Make sure your Outlook have one initial signature created manually as this creates the necessary folder in the profile.

Please post File log for further assistance (Help -> Diagnostics, right click user).
